Cabin 401 has 3 queen beds and a futon that folds out into a full bed. It is the largest of the cabins and rents for $120 per night for up to six people. $10 per night per person over 6 people. It has 2 fireplaces and 2 screeded-in porches. Cabins 402 and 403 are both alike. They have just one big room with a queen size bed and a futon that folds out into a full bed. Both are $80 per night up to four people. Cabins 404, 405, 409, 410, 411 and 412 are the same. They have a bedroom with a full size bed and a full size bed in the living area. They are also $80 per night for up to four people. Cabins 406, 407, and 408 are the same. They have a full size bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living area. The price is $65 for up to two people. These are the smallest of the cabins. Cabin 413 is the only cabin with a view of the river and the only one that has two bathrooms. It was 3 queen beds and rents for $120 per night up to six people. This cabin is available year round. Cabin 414 has 3 queen beds and rents for $110 per night. It is the only cabin that does not have a screeded-in porch, it has a deck. All the cabins have small kitchens with small refrigerators, 2 burner electric stovetops, microwave, toaster, and coffee makers. Cabins 406, 407, 408 and 413 do not have kitchen sinks. All linens are provided but no pots, pans, or dishes. All cabins except 413 and 414 have fireplaces.

Policies
A one-night's deposit is required on each cabin rented. There is a 18-day cancellation policy prior to your arrival in order to receive a refund of your deposit,  less a $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel any part, or all of your reservation, 7 days or less of the arrival date the full amount of entire reserved stay is due. Pets are welcome and cost $10 per night. Check-in time is anytime after 2 p.m. and checkout time is 11 a.m. Anyone staying past 11 a.m. will automatically be charged for another night's stay. Holiday weekends require a three-night minimum (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day). All weekends require a two-night minimum. Thank you for your interest. Kim Wooderson, concessioner.
